The definition of Mobion (Mobile Identification On) is that a user could obtain various sorts of cultural information using an identification On device mounted on Radio Frequency identification (RFID) tag at anywhere and anytime. A Mobion device refers to a mobile phone that has RFID reader function which enables to receive the Mobile RFID service.

- A device can be rented upon making the service reservation.
- Walk-in reservation : There are three rental offices in Tongyeong for visitors.
Visit the tour information office in person or use your mobile phone for rent
- Rental Locations: Exchange a Mobion device with you're a personal ID card at the location you specified. You will be guided on how to use the device.

- After your tour is completed, please re-visit the location where you rented the device so that you can get your ID back in return of the Mobion device.
In case of loss or damage to the Mobion device, the person who rented the device is subjected to liability.
